Advanced Operator

Are you looking for an role where your primary focus is on you operating in safety a production line manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team the Advanced Operator is responsible for the performance of the machine.

Participate to the DOM Carry out machine repairs within certain limits.

Lead size change-overs, maintenance and other technical activities and organize support from Technical Dept. and RST. Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine. Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation. Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary. Your experience and qualification requirements:-

High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent + 3 years of experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area Proven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment. Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency. Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
