Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) is looking for a proactive and passionate Advanced Pharmacy Technician - Dispensaries to Lead the delivery of dispensary services across both the City and Queens Medical Centre campuses.
You'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmacy services while helping drive quality improvements that impact thousands of patients.

Collaboration at its Core: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams and pharmacy teams to deliver high-performing services
People-Focused: Inspire and manage a team of Chief and Lead Pharmacy Technicians, support professional development, and promote a positive, team-driven culture.
Operational Expertise: Oversee day-to-day activities in our pharmacy stores, ensuring compliance with legislation and national standards.
What are we looking for?
A proven leader - confident in managing teams, line management responsibilities, and developing services.
Experienced in risk and performance management, audits, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with medicines legislation.
A collaborative communicator who can influence, support and build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organised, adaptable and proactive, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Driven by quality and improvement, passionate about providing safe, effective, and patient-centred services.
