Advanced Practitioner - Fostering Recruitment & Assessment Team
Location: East of England
Salary: 46,142 - 52,413 per annum
Permanent - Full Time
NonStop Care is working with a local authority in East of England who are looking to appoint an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their Fostering Recruitment & Assessment Team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role within fostering, supporting both children and carers while contributing to the ongoing development of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Practitioner in the fostering recruitment and assessment team, you will:
Undertake and oversee complex fostering assessments and provide specialist advice.
Support the recruitment, assessment, and development of foster carers.
Provide consultation and guidance to colleagues, using your expertise to support best practice.
Contribute to team development and ensure children's voices remain central to decision-making.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience
Previous fostering experience and knowledge of fostering regulations
Experience supervising staff, managing complex caseloads, and applying trauma-informed practice
Full driving licence
