Role Description

Technical Innovation:

Design and build complex packaging prototypes using advanced model making techniques

Integrate electronic components into packaging solutions (sensors, lights, interactive elements)

Develop mechanical moving parts and innovative opening mechanisms

Create functional prototypes that demonstrate real-world performance

Problem Solving Excellence:

Tackle complex engineering challenges that require creative solutions

Reverse-engineer existing products to understand and improve functionality

Troubleshoot technical issues using systematic analytical approaches

Collaborate with clients to solve packaging challenges they didn't know they had

Prototype Leadership:

Manage multiple prototype projects from concept to completion

Mentor junior team members in technical best practices

Drive continuous improvement in prototyping processes and capabilities

Salary

In the range of 25,000-35,000 Upper bracket is there for candidates demonstrating relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,494.09-35,000.00 per year
