Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring safety and stability for various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site.

Duties

Construct, erect, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to specifications and safety regulations Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects Inspect scaffolding for structural integrity and safety compliance before use Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and disassembly tasks Assist in the fabrication of scaffolding components as needed Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards Report any issues or concerns regarding scaffolding or site conditions promptly

Experience

Proven experience in scaffold building or related construction roles is preferred Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
