Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffold Gang Chargehand and 2 operatives to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in scaffolding. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of scaffolders on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Coordinate daily activities, assigning tasks based on skill sets and project requirements. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications. Collaborate with project managers to discuss progress, challenges, and resource needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times on-site.

Experience

Proven experience in scaffolding. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the scaffold industry. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 100.00-180.00 per day
