The

COBRA Apprenticeship Program

is a three-year venture incubator for individuals who think differently. If you have a natural aptitude for identifying risks, reading human behavior, and solving complex problems, this is your alternative to a conventional career.

THE PATHWAY: FROM APPRENTICE TO OWNER

Phase 1: The COBRA Apprenticeship (Year 1)

You are paid to transform your natural abilities into certified expertise. You will split your week between high-end operational security work and elite classroom training.

Compensation:

Earn

13.00 - 30.00 per hour

for all time on the clock--whether you are guarding a high-value asset or studying in our academy.

The Curriculum:

You will be pushed to complete between

6-25 certified courses

, including Trauma Medicine (FREC 3), Conflict Psychology, Legal Frameworks, and Cyber-Security. This tests your capacity to learn and execute.

Flexibility:

For the right candidate, we build a schedule that works around the mission.

Phase 2: The COBRA2KING Incubation Track (Years 2-3)

For the elite few who demonstrate excellence (maintaining a high operational GPA), the program culminates in entrepreneurship.

The Equity Grant:

After two years of proven performance, you will be granted a

30% ownership stake

in a new security company that you will found and run.

Venture Launch:

We provide the capital, the contracts, and the infrastructure. You become the CEO--a

Eligibility:

Individuals aged

18-22

(Program Requirement) with the right to work in the UK.
