Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will be support a lady with varying needs and different challenges in her life which include autism, learning disabilities and some element of mental health. We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs. this lady is mobile and may need prompting with personal care, but has a strict routine that she likes to follow, this is very important for this lady. . What's Important to Us?
I'm someone who loves the outdoors--whether it's taking long scenic drives or enjoying peaceful walks in nature. Music is a big part of my life, and I love listening to my favourite artists like Cardi B, Janet Jackson, and Take That. Dancing to great tunes is always a joy! I'd describe myself as fun-loving, kind, caring, and considerate. I respect people's personal space and belongings, and I truly value calm and positive environments. Quiet time and having my own space are very important to me, as they help me feel relaxed and happy. I prefer spending time with people who are friendly and respectful, rather than those who are bossy, pushy, loud, or chaotic--those situations can make me feel unsettled. Family means a lot to me, and I absolutely love my mum. It would mean so much if my support team could make arrangements to keep in touch with her. Visiting her on Christmas Day is a special tradition I cherish
