Adventure Travel Planner

We love adventures and we take great pride in helping our customers experience the great outdoors and challenge themselves. We achieve this through our fantastic office and guiding team and we are looking for someone brilliant to join us.

We specialise in offering adventurous trips throughout the UK, Europe and the World. Whether it's walking, trekking, climbing, cycling, skiing or sailing, our trips are aimed at people who want an adventure and something a bit different. And we offer an exceptional personal service to make that happen. Our travel planners liaise daily with participants and suppliers to plan and execute the delivery of their events.

You will:

Have a keen interest in as well as experience of travel and walking/cycling activities or holidays Have a strong focus on exceptional customer experiences and so you will be an highly approachable, personable, articulate and confident person. Be numerate, have great attention to detail and honed planning skills Be able to use Excel and ICT comfortably Have worked successfully with challenging deadlines Be able to demonstrate how you are able to communicate credibly on the telephone and via e-mail

Our offices are in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. We operate a hybrid working model after successful completion of training and so this role would suit people based in and around Kirkby Stephen, Penrith, Kendal, Keswick, Carlisle and/or Barnard Castle.

The role can be full or part time, to suit needs. 15-37.5 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days) with flexibility - including some weekends

Permanent (or also seasonal considered - Feb to September)
