We are a pet company, who is seeking an experienced and dynamic Advertising Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all advertising initiatives align with our company goals.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Oversee the creation of advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform advertising strategies. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting ideas and results clearly. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Skills

Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising techniques. Proficient in Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, inspiring teams to achieve common goals. Exceptional time management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Ability to analyse data critically and draw actionable insights from findings. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, facilitating clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.
