We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Advertising Manager to lead our advertising initiatives and drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with robust analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and optimise advertising strategies effectively.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the creation of engaging advertising content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in advertising efforts. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness. Utilise Salesforce for tracking campaign performance, managing leads, and reporting on sales metrics. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximising return on investment.

Experience



Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of the advertising landscape. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
