MEALTIME MALATANG is an innovative restaurant brand bringing authentic Chinese Malatang cuisine to the UK market. We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced Advertising Accounts Manager

to lead our marketing and advertising initiatives, drive brand awareness, and manage creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and exceptional project management skills, blending creativity with analytical thinking to deliver meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns

across digital, print, and in-store channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis

to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape; use insights to inform campaign strategies.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

to ensure successful and timely delivery of advertising projects.

Prepare and deliver presentations

(using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint) for internal stakeholders and external partners, communicating campaign strategies and results.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics

using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.

Lead and inspire a small marketing team

, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Maintain strong communication

with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute advertising campaigns effectively.

Identify and manage fundraising or partnership opportunities

to support business growth.

Oversee advertising budgets

, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.
Skills and Experience

Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience as an Advertising Account Manager, Creative Director, or in a similar advertising/marketing management role. Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentations). Demonstrated leadership skills, able to guide and motivate team members towards shared objectives. Experience in B2B marketing or managing advertising strategies targeting specific customer segments. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Effective time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to advertising and marketing is advantageous.

Pay: 35,600.00-47,000.00 per year
