Overview

Marketing Monkeys Limited is seeking an Advertising & Marketing Executive to support the planning, development, and delivery of marketing and advertising strategies. The role focuses on digital marketing, campaign coordination, market research, performance analysis, and content support to strengthen brand positioning, support client campaigns, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor digital and integrated marketing campaigns

Define campaign objectives, track KPIs, manage marketing budgets, and report on performance

Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media

Set up, monitor, and optimise online advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta platforms)

Coordinate content creation, copywriting, and design briefs with internal teams and external partners

Conduct market research and analyse consumer insights, competitor activity, and industry trends

Implement and manage tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)

Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders

Support customer experience initiatives and handle escalated customer enquiries where required

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery and brand messaging

Person Specification

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Management, IT, Arts, or a related discipline

Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Experience using social media scheduling and marketing platforms

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Additional qualifications in CRM, digital marketing, or leadership are advantageous
