Is this the role for you?
As our Ad Ops Executive, you'll join our International Digital Ad Operations team. We are a global community dedicated to bringing streaming and video campaigns to life across a vibrant network of brands, including Paramount Plus. 5 Streaming, PlutoTV, YouTube and SkyShowTime. You'll play a key role in supporting our global partners and ensuring our content reaches audiences everywhere.
Based in London, you will partner closely with our Sales team to launch standard and sponsorship campaigns. You will work under the guidance of the VP of Multiplatform Ad Ops, joining a collaborative network of experts spanning from Berlin and Paris to New York and San Francisco.
What you will be doing:

• Bring campaigns to life: Coordinate and schedule creative assets for video and YouTube campaigns using platforms like Freewheel, SpringServe and Google Ad Manager.
• Solve puzzles: Identify delivery or targeting hurdles, collaborating with the right teams to see every challenge through to a solution.
• Empower our teams: Provide the Sales team with helpful insights through ad hoc reporting and inventory forecasting.
• Ensure quality: Review creative content with a keen eye, ensuring it aligns with local guidelines and provides a great viewer experience.
• Build connections: Participate in team discussions, sharing your expertise and answering questions from cross-functional partners.
• Technical setup: Help establish programmatic partnerships across various platforms (SpringServe, Magnite, etc.).
• Optimize performance: Troubleshoot programmatic deals to ensure smooth delivery and help the business thrive.
• Collaborate across borders: Work with agencies, marketing, and development teams to reach our shared goals and understand the unique needs of different global markets.
• Stay agile: Our team is at the forefront of the industry; you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of varied tasks and grow with the role.

What we're looking for:

• A keen eye: You notice the small things that others might miss.
• A helpful mindset: You enjoy finding solutions and troubleshooting technical hiccups.
• Comfort with data: You're at home with Excel or similar tools for organizing information.
• Platform curiosity: Experience with ad servers (like Freewheel, SSP or GAM) or programmatic tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
• Tech-forward: An interest in or knowledge of AI tools and emerging tech.
• Clear communication: You can share ideas and updates effectively, both in writing and in conversation.
• Adaptability: You're a quick learner who is comfortable navigating new platforms and evolving environments.
