Job Description

The Role



As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and management of paid advertising activities across multiple channels, ensuring client campaigns are impactful, efficient, and aligned with their goals. You will use your platform expertise and communication skills to build strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional paid media service alongside other members of the marketing team. This includes developing strategies, managing budgets, optimising performance, and conducting in-depth reporting and analysis. You will be reporting directly to the PPC manager.

Campaign Management

Effectively manage clients' ad accounts, ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered; proactively looking for both tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities. Develop coherent advertising strategies and translate them into effective campaigns. Monthly reporting & ongoing analysis of results with actionable insights to continuously improve results Ensure client budget is deployed effectively and paced throughout the billing periods. Ensure that the core account objectives (such as ROAS) are held and the centre of the strategy and are maximised to the greatest extent possible. Ensure adherence to paid search & social channel best practices for clients, and contribute to the evolution of our 'Umi' approach to marketing.
Collaboration & Communication

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of campaigns. Provide exceptional client service by meeting service-level agreements and deadlines, managing projects through the company's project management tools. Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and expertise on advertising strategies and execution. Collaborate with and support team members, including account managers and advertising executives, to enhance their skills and professional growth to provide the highest level of service possible for our clients. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team and actively participate in company meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Operational Excellence

Ensure that wider client or team deliverables (such as performance commentary and weekly reporting) are prepared, working with other team members on delivery of this information, and ensuring quality of output is maintained Making full use of the technology available, suggesting and aiding in the implementation of processes and practices that maximise operational efficiencies and improvements

Your Profile



Required:

Excellent experience and understanding of Google Ads, Good Experience with bing, LinkedIn ads, meta ads Experience dealing with clients and managing expectations Confident execution of campaigns with correct bidding strategies Fluent in written and spoken English Strong communication skills (both written and conversational) High organisational and time management abilities Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously Understanding A-Z customer journey beyond Ads Detail-oriented with engaging writing skills Demonstrated analytical ability and implement findings Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Critical thinker
Desired:

Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and setting up conversion tracking# Knowledge of wider Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads editor) Understanding of various digital marketing channels (Organic Search, Organic Social, Paid Search, Affiliate/Earned Media) Ability to recommend landing page changes if needed Interest in hospitality Interest in digital media Interest in AI tools and automation

About Umi



Umi Digital is a specialist hospitality agency based in Central London. We are currently in the office 2 days a week (Monday & Tuesday). We help hotels, restaurants, and travel brands navigate the "digital waves" to reclaim booking control from OTA's. By blending strategy with cutting edge technology in every website and marketing campaign, we ensure our clients' guest experiences start long before they arrive on property.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00 per year
