The Role - Advertising Strategist




Salary 30-35,000





Are you a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Strategist ready to make a global impact? Do you thrive on developing and executing strategies that directly drive client success? We're looking for a key driver of results to lead comprehensive, data-driven advertising strategies designed to attract and engage prospective university students worldwide.

As our Advertising Strategist, you will be the strategic backbone of client campaigns, owning the full lifecycle from planning to campaign optimisation.



Strategic Vision:

Define and refine

target audiences

across multiple global markets by conducting deep-dive analysis of demographics, market trends, and competitor activities.

Ownership & Growth:

Design and own comprehensive, data-driven advertising strategies that meet and exceed our client universities' enrollment and growth objectives.

Collaborative Leadership:

Manage and lead multi-channel campaigns, coordinating effectively across different time zones. You'll collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams (designers, copywriters, biddable media specialists) to develop engaging, market-leading campaigns.

Client Partnership:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance on content alignment, and proactively identifying account growth opportunities.

Insight-Driven Optimisation:

Monitor core performance KPI's, produce clear, concise performance reports, and present actionable, insight-led campaign recommendations to drive campaign growth and improvement.



What are we looking for?





We're looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make a measurable difference.


Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You must be comfortable presenting confidently to clients (virtually and in person). Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and time zones. Hands-on experience in building ads on search or social channels. Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.



Desirable




Understanding of the university landscape, including courses, programs, and admissions processes. Proficiency in using key marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing software, analytics tools).

The last stage involves a formal interview where you'll meet the team, present your task and discuss your skills and potential in more detail.
