Advocacy & Events Manager, International

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen in Tate\'s Advocacy and Events Team! Are you a project manager with experience working with high-level donors and an interest in the international art world?

Tate is looking for an Advocacy and Events Manager (International), to oversee the programme of events for Tate\'s International Council and Acquisitions Committees. This crucial role will plan and deliver the annual Tate International Trip, alongside a busy programme of events and trips to steward and cultivate our global supporters, with some international travel required.

The Advocacy and Events Team sits in the Development Department at Tate, but works collaboratively across the organisation to deliver over 300 events per year. You will work closely with the Senior Advocacy and Events Manager and the rest of the team to support Tate\'s fundraising and advocacy objectives.

You will have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, juggle competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. You will have an excellent eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an interest in the work of Tate and the wider art world.
