An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a specialist legal firm with scope for internal progression.

OCL Solicitors deals largely in Road Traffic Accident Litigation and is rapidly expanding.

We are now seeking motivated BPTC/BPC/BTC graduates to apply for an Advocacy role.

This position provides the chance to work within a dedicated personal injury practice, offering great prospects for long?term career growth.

The role is to appear in court for Small Claims Hearings, Application Hearings, and Infant Approval Hearings.

As part of this duties will include:

Action all cases in line with client service standards and protocols; Use of the case management system; Prioritising and organising work efficiently and effectively to ensure client service level agreements are met; Work flexibly and as part of a team to deliver an excellent legal service for clients;

Good advocacy skills Ability to learn fast and efficiently in a professional environment Ability to manage a large work load A high standard of English/grammatical skills A confident phone and in-person manner Good IT skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Hours

: 37.5 hours a week being Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a 60 minute break allowance.
