The Role

We're seeking an experienced

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner & Educator

to deliver high-quality treatments and lead in-person training sessions at our Manchester site on a self-employed basis.

Practitioner Responsibilities

Carry out safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments in line with Snatch & Glow protocols and UK regulations. Conduct thorough consultations, create treatment plans, obtain consent, and provide full aftercare. Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, accurate clinical records, and a clean professional workspace. Stay up to date on techniques, products, and industry best practice.

Educator Responsibilities

Deliver engaging CPD and qualification-aligned training sessions. Assess learner competence, give structured feedback, and complete all required documentation. Support model sourcing and training-day logistics.

Requirements (Essential)

Healthcare registration:

NMC

Level 5 Certificate in Education (or equivalent)

Valid Regulated Level 3 Basic Life Support & Management of Anaphylaxis qualification

Level 7 certificate (injectables)

OR willingness to upskill from CPD to regulated L7 within 18 months*

30 hours CPD completed within the last 12 months

Recent, relevant aesthetic industry experience Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail Comfortable managing diaries, records, and basic digital tools/CRM

Desirable

AET / PGCE / TAQA (Assessor) or willingness to work toward it.

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 14.00 per hour
