The Role

We're seeking an experienced

Aesthetic Practitioner & Educator

to deliver high-quality treatments and lead training sessions at our

Manchester

site on a

self-employed

basis.

Practitioner Responsibilities

Carry out safe, high-quality treatments in line with Snatch & Glow protocols and UK regulations. Conduct thorough consultations, create treatment plans, obtain consent, and provide aftercare. Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, accurate records, and a tidy, professional workspace. Stay up to date on techniques, products, and industry best practice.
Educator Responsibilities

Deliver engaging

CPD/qualification-aligned

training Assess learner competence, give structured feedback, and complete required documentation. Support model sourcing and session logistics for training days.
Requirements

Proven experience as an aesthetic practitioner; prior teaching/mentoring experience strongly preferred. Relevant, current certifications (e.g., Level 3-7 aesthetics/skin, medical registration or equivalent competency). Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Comfortable managing diaries, records, and basic digital tools/CRM. Desirable: AET/PGCE/TAQA (Assessor) or willingness to work toward it.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-18.00 per hour
