About the Role

We're a premium medical space provider launching a new aesthetics brand in one of London's most prestigious medical locations. This is a

rare opportunity

for an experienced aesthetic practitioner to

partner with us

-- not as a traditional employee, but as the

lead clinical presence

within the business.

You will be the

only on-site practitioner

, responsible for consultations, treatments, and client experience. All other operational tasks -- including bookings, product restocking, and marketing -- are fully handled by our remote team. An

on-site receptionist

is also present 5 days/week to support check-ins and environment management.

What You'll Do

Welcome clients and conduct aesthetic consultations Perform all injectable treatments with care and precision Take payments via POS system Manage your clinical schedule and maintain high standards Act as the face of the brand and client lead

What We Handle For You

Paid digital marketing & social media ads Booking system and calendar management Product ordering and stock control Admin support and business logistics Room rent, utilities, and consumables On-site receptionist (5 days/week)

Treatments You'll Deliver

You must be qualified and insured to perform:

Anti-wrinkle injections (1-3 areas, brow lift, lip flip, masseter, etc.) Lip filler (0.5ml & 1ml) Cheek, chin & jawline contouring Tear trough filler Skin boosters (Profhilo, Seventy Hyal, etc.) Popular aesthetic packages like Baby Botox, 3-Point Contour, Top Model Look

What You Get

1,500/month guaranteed base salary

20% of all treatment revenue

Requirements

NMC or GMC registered (UK qualification)

Minimum 2 years' experience in aesthetic injectables

Fully trained and insured Independent Prescriber preferred (or willing to work with one) Full-time availability (5 days/week incl. 1 weekend day) Polished, professional, and confident in client interaction

Earnings

We expect a gradual ramp-up in your first 1-2 months as brand awareness and client bookings build. With all marketing, products, and setup handled by us, your earning potential grows rapidly -- typically reaching 4,000+ per month by month 3, + base salary.

How do you handle client consultations -- especially when someone requests a treatment that may not suit their face or needs?
