About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and UK-trained

Aesthetic Therapist (Level 6 minimum)

to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires both clinical expertise and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding aesthetic treatments, while also supporting front-of-house operations including reception duties and client care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments in line with Level 6 training and clinic standards. Conduct thorough consultations and create safe, tailored treatment plans. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical excellence. Provide reception support: greeting clients, managing bookings, handling enquiries, and answering calls/emails. Deliver exceptional client care and build long-lasting client relationships. Support administration duties, including maintaining accurate client records, consent forms, and schedules. Contribute to

social media and marketing

: creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with our online community. Promote clinic services, treatments, and products to support client outcomes and clinic growth. Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, industry regulations, and data protection.

Requirements

Minimum Level 6 qualification in Aesthetics (UK-trained).

Demonstrated experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication and client care skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook preferred). Professional, reliable, and flexible, with availability to work weekends. Comfortable working on a zero-hour contract basis. Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or customer service is desirable. Experience in Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels and Microneedling is desirable.
