position at our leading Medical Aesthetics Skin Clinic in Chalfont St. Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious therapist who is eager to develop their skills in medical aesthetics. We are open to

both full-time and part-time applicants

and can offer flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to deliver advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, assist our medical professionals, and help with the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities for

aesthetic therapist

:

Provide Advanced Aesthetic skin Treatments:

Deliver a range of skin and aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, Micro-Needling, IPL & Laser, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening, and Obagi & ZO skincare.

Create Bespoke Skincare Plans:

Develop personalized skincare plans for clients using our premium range of products.

Consultations & Skin Assessments:

Use skin analyzer devices to assess client concerns, diagnose skin conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments.

Assist Doctors with Medical Procedures:

Support our medical team during complex procedures and treatments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Reception & Administrative Support:

Help with front-of-house duties, such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, and maintaining the daily flow of the clinic.

Build Patient Relationships:

Establish long-term, professional relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Maintain Accurate Client Records:

Organize and file medical forms, treatment consents, and GDPR-compliant photo consents.

Document Treatment Plans:

Prepare and send detailed, personalized treatment plans for clients.

Capture Professional Images:

Take high-quality images of client concerns for medical documentation purposes.

Background in Aesthetics or Beauty:

Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty is advantageous, but not essential. We value a passion for learning and personal development.

Experience with Medical-Grade Facials:

Familiarity with treatments such as Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, and Micro-Needling is a plus.

Knowledge of Energy-Based Devices:

Experience with Radiofrequency, IPL, and Laser devices is desirable.

Laser Core of Knowledge:

A Laser Core qualification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and Level 4 Laser Core of Knowledge (or equivalent) are preferred, though not essential.
