Aesthetic Therapist

EF MEDISPA, a unique medical spa offering the latest aesthetic and surgical treatments, are looking to appoint an Aesthetic Therapist to our London clinics. We would love to hear from therapists with passion for learning, excellent customer service and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

NVQ Level 4 Lasers and IPL (Intense Pulse Light). Beauty Therapy Diploma - CIDESCO or NVQ Level 2 and 3
Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and discuss their needs and concerns. Develop personalised treatment plans based on the assessments. Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, body treatments, hair restoration, chemical peels, advanced skin treatments like microneedling, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy, and other non-surgical procedures. Provide post-treatment care and recommendations to ensure clients achieve the best results. Recommend skincare products and routines tailored to individual clients' needs. Educate clients on maintaining their skin health and enhancing the effects of treatments. Operate and maintain aesthetic equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain the treatment area clean and disinfected before and after each treatment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Address any concerns or complaints professionally and effectively. High level of precision and attention to detail in performing treatments. Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times. Flexibility to adapt to new techniques, technologies, and treatments. Willingness to continuously update skills through training and education.
Must have:

Skin Care Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments. Familiarity with the latest skincare trends and products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain procedures and products clearly to clients. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Empathy and attentiveness to client needs and concern. Sales Skills: Confidence in discussing product benefits and treatment plans.
Annual Salary : Range from 27,000.00-30,000.00. OTE 55,000.00 per year.
