Responsibilities

Perform a range of therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage and eyelash extensions, ensuring client satisfaction. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas and equipment. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the brand's online presence. Upsell additional services and products to clients, contributing to overall business growth. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to guest services. Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

Proven experience in a therapeutic role, with skills in deep tissue massage and eyelash extensions preferred. Strong management abilities, with experience in overseeing front desk operations being advantageous. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with makeup application techniques is desirable. Proficiency in social media management to assist in marketing efforts. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships with clients. A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving industry trends.
