Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their beauty concerns.

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' requirement.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and coordinate treatment services.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and developments in the field of therapy.

Experience:

- Should be Level 3 or above, level 5 preferred in aesthetics therapy, preferable Hydrafacial expert with a certificate to practice HydraFacial competently and independently.

- State licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

- Proven experience providing therapy services to individuals across diverse populations and age groups.

- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions.

- Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with clients.

- Good command on English, oral and written.

Some desireable qualities include:

Passion for beauty and in-depth knowledge of skin conditions and treatment options Experience with skin treatments such as microneedling and extended HydraFacial is desirable. Experience with HydraFacial and radiofrequency facials a plus. However, training will be provided. Punctual, good time management skills, presentable, energetic, flexible and results-driven. Friendly and confident, with excellent customer service skills. Upkeep of administration (client records)
