OVERVIEW - JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Aesthetic Practitioner to join our clinic. This role will involve working independently, providing a range of advanced aesthetic treatments to our clientele - and also your existing clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HydraFacial, microneedling, LED and infra-red therapy, as well as expertise in laser hair removal and skin resurfacing. Understating of brands such as Lynton, SkinCeuticals is beneficial

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Aesthetic Treatments: Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and advanced consultations. Utilise your expertise to deliver exceptional results and ensure patient satisfaction.

2. Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their specific aesthetic goals, assess their skin conditions, and recommend suitable treatment options. Provide detailed explanations of procedures, expected outcomes, and potential risks, while establishing trust and delivering a high-end luxury experience.

3. Treatment Planning: Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs, taking into consideration their medical history, desired outcomes, and budget. Tailor treatments to meet the unique requirements of each patient, ensuring safety and optimal results.

4. Pre- and Post-Treatment Care: Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, including skincare routines, potential side effects, and necessary precautions. Provide guidance and support throughout the treatment journey, ensuring patients feel comfortable and well-informed.

5. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sterile environment at all times. Comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices in the field of aesthetics, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.

6. ContinuousLearning:Stayupdatedwiththelatestadvancementsandtrendsinthefield of aesthetics. Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to expand your knowledge and skill set. Proactively seek opportunities to learn new procedures and technologies, in order to offer a comprehensive range of services to our patients.

7. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the clinic's team and business, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Coordinate client care, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

8. Marketing and branding :

Managing enquiries, from clients and employees about various topics, including company information, services, and directions. Managing the scheduling and coordinating of appointments, ensuring that electronic calendars are up to date which may involve coordinating with clinicians and clients to find mutually convenient times and rescheduling when necessary, and sending out reminders. Promoting CMC via Our range of marketing and branding. Creating content and branding material. Representing CMC to further expand the brand and clinic.

Valid qualification in Level 3 NVQ or VRQ Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics
'Device-specific training will be provided prior to starting'

Level 4 qualifications are favoured but not required ECDL or equivalent or evidence of working towards Application
Experience and job related knowledge

Proven experience in performing: HydraFacial treatments, LED therapies, microneedling, laser hair removal Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin types, and common aesthetic concerns Application and
