Position:

Experienced Aesthetician

Starting pay: 30,000 - 40,000 p/a (experience & performance)

Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday - Wednesday/Thursday and possibly Saturdays).

Location: Wimpole Street London W1

Start Date: Asap

Main Responsibilities

To assist in managing clinic office and carry out Aesthetic treatments as and when necessary.

Assist with the clinics overall responsibilities, a pro-active can-do attitude, maintaining exceptional standards to create a great impression for clients including dealing with clients concerns.

Assist with customer service, consultations and sales. Identify clients needs and opportunity to maximise sales and customer experience with exceptional service. Aim to achieve and grow sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum NVQ Level 3 or 4 or equivalent.

Experienced in Consultations, Sales and some Aesthetic laser skin treatments (should have some experience in aesthetic treatments however additional training and guidance will be provided).

Experienced, knowledgeable and passionate with the treatments/products offered

Perfect English language and communication skills,

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Fast learner, capable, efficient and resourceful.

A team player with great work ethics that takes accountability for role and responsibilities
