Job Summary

we are a medical clinic in Chester providing face and body treatments to our patients.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and customer service, ensuring that each client receives an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for providing a range of aesthetic services, including facials, peels, laser treatments, HydraFacial's, Radio Frequency, skin needling and other machine based treatments, while also managing front desk operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Your role will be to ensure that all patients receive the best care and experience resulting in a flawless patient journey.

Responsibilities

Perform various aesthetic treatments such as facials, machine based aesthetic treatments for face and body tailored to client needs. Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas to ensure a professional atmosphere. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and providing expert advice on skincare products. Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest services and overall client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in aesthetics or beauty therapy. Ideally a level 4 or above in beauty with a laser qualification (although full training will be given). Proven experience in customer service with a minimum of 2 years experience in Aesthetics and Skin. Skills in Hydrafacials, lasers and RF are highly desirable. Experience with ZO Skincare is an advantage although training will be given.. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. A passion for skin health, coupled with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
