Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional skincare ,beauty & Aesthetic treatments, ensuring a memorable guest experience. This role involves providing customised aesthetic services, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall operation of our clinic. A strong background in management, social media management, and customer service is highly desirable to promote our brand and foster client loyalty. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through various specialised treatments.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, Peels, Laser Hair removal, Advanced facials, Microneedling, Hydrofacials etc... Deliver personalised skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments or products Manage guest services with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Handle front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients effectively Upsell products and additional treatments to maximise client satisfaction and business growth Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment areas in accordance with health regulations Support management in organising promotional events or special offers to attract new clients Assist with general management tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role within the beauty or wellness industry Skills in advanced facials, laser hair removal, medical grade skin care related treatments, basic beauty treatments e.g. waxing, threading experience is helpful, Electrolysis, skin rejuvenation treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Experience in social media management and marketing strategies for beauty services Front desk experience with organisational skills to manage appointments and guest interactions efficiently Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience and revenue Management skills or experience overseeing team members is a plus Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 18,500.00-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
