Position:

Experienced Aesthetician to start Asap

Starting pay: 30,000 p/a plus bonus (experience & performance)

Hours: 45 hours per week (currently Monday - Thursday 10am to 8.30pm).

Location: Wimpole Street London W1

Start Date: Asap

Main Responsibilities

To carry out Aesthetic and Laser treatments to a high standard (should have some experience however additional training and guidance will be provided).

Assist with the clinics overall responsibilities, a pro-active can-do attitude, maintaining exceptional standards to create a great impression for clients including dealing with clients concerns.

Assist with customer service and sales. Identify clients needs and opportunity to maximise sales and customer experience with exceptional service. Aim to achieve and grow sales targets.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or 4 equivalent or higher.

Experienced in most Aesthetic laser skin treatments, Laser and Intense Pulsed Light Skin Rejuvenation, (SR), Micro-needling, Microdermabrasion, Peels and more (should have some experience in most of these advanced treatments however additional training and guidance will be provided).

Experienced, knowledgeable and passionate with the treatments/products offered

Perfect English language and communication skills,

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Fast learner, capable, efficient and resourceful.

A team player with great work ethics that takes accountability for role and responsibilities
