Aesthetic & Beauty Therapist

Location: Dundonald, Belfast

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Salary: 12.50 - 14.75 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

We're now looking for an experienced Beauty & Aesthetic Therapist with not just strong hands and sharp skills -- but the right personality to match. About You:

You're passionate about delivering exceptional treatments -- and an exceptional experience You're confident in gel BIAB nails, brows, massage, and advanced waxing You love skincare, and have experience with facials, peels or microneedling You understand the value of a smile, a listening ear, and going the extra mile You enjoy being part of a team, but can also work independently and take initiative You're available two evenings (until 8pm) and Saturdays (9:30am-3pm)
About the Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering a mix of beauty and advanced skin treatments, supporting clients with personalised skincare plans, and helping them feel truly looked after. You'll also contribute to retail recommendations, team goals, and occasional content creation for social media.

Key Duties:

Carry out advanced beauty and skin treatments to the highest standard Deliver professional consultations, skincare recommendations, and aftercare Support team targets through rebooking, retailing, and exceptional service Maintain hygiene and presentation standards throughout the clinic Engage in training, events, and social media support as needed
Requirements:

minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Able to do all aspects of beauty treatments, nails, massage, skincare, advanced waxing, brows etc. At least 3 years' experience in a salon or clinic setting Excellent communication skills, positivity, and a client-first mindset
