About us

Snatch & Glow is an aesthetics clinic and training academy delivering regulated and professional training. We're seeking an experienced Assessor to support our ProQual qualifications on a ad-hoc basis.

The role

You'll plan assessments, mark evidence, provide feedback, and maintain compliant records in line with ProQual assessment principles and centre requirements. You'll liaise with our IQA and help ensure we're EQA-ready.

Responsibilities

Plan assessments and agree assessment methods (knowledge, products, observations, RPL) in line with ProQual standards. Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback. Complete ProQual-compliant documentation (plans, decisions, action plans, reasonable adjustments, appeals/malpractice records where relevant). Participate in standardisation and respond to IQA actions ahead of ProQual EQA activity.

Requirements

CAVA/TAQA/A1

Assessor qualification (essential).

Recent experience assessing ProQual

(strongly preferred). Current

occupational competence

in relevant aesthetics/skin therapies (evidence of qualifications & CPD within last 12-24 months). Solid assessment record-keeping and understanding of Ofqual/ProQual expectations. Right to work in the UK, Enhanced DBS, Professional Indemnity insurance.

Nice to have

L4 IQA or experience working closely with IQA sampling plans.

From 150/day
