We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and patient care in a clinical setting. You will work closely with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and deliver tailored treatment plans that enhance their natural beauty while ensuring safety and comfort.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic needs and expectations.
Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables (such as Botox and dermal fillers), laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal results.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, outcomes, and any adverse reactions.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) Practitioner (NP) with relevant licensure in the UK.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and products, with prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to achieve natural-looking results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple patients effectively while maintaining high standards of care.
