We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, demonstrating our innovative aesthetic products, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the medical or pharmaceutical sales landscape, and the ability to manage key accounts effectively. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other B2B clients to promote our aesthetic products and services
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits and technical aspects of our offerings
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and expand client portfolios through strategic outreach
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering technical support as needed
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales approaches and product development strategies
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using organizational skills
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on aesthetic or technical products
Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for effective product demos and client engagement
Experience managing accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
Familiarity with analysis skills for market research and performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and organizational tools is preferred
Leadership qualities that enable guiding clients through complex product choices and fostering trust within the industry
