We are looking for a Fitness Coach to join the team in a part-time permanent position.
An effective AF Coach must have a fundamental understanding of the fitness industry and be qualified to, or working towards, a level 3 industry standard qualification.
This is a crucial role within Anytime Fitness to ensure our members achieve their goals. You will be responsible for maximising member engagement and retention through the delivery of the Member Journey and overall customer service.
You will deliver member-based activities such as group exercise classes, fitness consultation appointments, one-on-one and group coaching, and promotion of club services and products.
An AF Coach is a team player capable of achieving productivity in a pressurised environment, driving themselves and the team to achieve targets and creating a friendly and enjoyable club environment.
This position offers a guaranteed salary of 12.21 per hour with a commission earned for Personal Training sessions completed creating an OTE in the region of 30,000+ Per Year.
