As an

Affiliate Account Manager

, you'll be the main point of contact for your portfolio of affiliate partners. You'll onboard, nurture, and optimise affiliate relationships to drive revenue growth across global markets. This is a dynamic, people-focused role that combines account management, data analysis, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate accounts, ensuring top-tier support via email, phone, and instant message Review and approve new affiliate applications, ensuring strict quality control Monitor and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI Maintain compliance across campaigns, particularly for high-profile clients Regularly communicate with affiliates to deepen relationships and unlock growth Attend major industry events and trade shows (Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam) Uphold company policies and contribute to a strong internal culture
What We're Looking For

1+ year in an account management, customer-facing, or sales-related role preferred Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) GCSE Maths Grade B/6 or above Strong analytical mindset with experience working to deadlines Detail-oriented and highly organised A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Previous experience in affiliate marketing is a bonus -- but not essential
