Job Description

We are recruiting for an Affiliate Lead Business Analyst for a contract to start ASAP.

On-site presence required in Manchester 2 days per week.

What you'll bring to the table:



Process, Procedure, and Organisational Design: Take a lead role in overseeing and shaping end-to-end processes, procedures, and organisational structures. Cross-Workstream Integration: Draw together changes and initiatives from multiple work streams, ensuring they are implemented in a cohesive, consistent, and efficient manner across all impacted business units. Strategic Alignment: Evaluate the long-term impacts of business and process changes, making sure all activity is aligned with the broader strategic direction of the organisation. Performance and KPI Delivery: Ensure that all new and updated organisational designs and processes are built to deliver on agreed target KPIs, supporting business objectives and enhancing the customer experience. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate changes, and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and structures. Demonstrable experience in business analysis and/or business architecture at a senior level. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in sensitive and high-impact areas. * Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance immediate delivery with long-term organisational goals.
