Reporting to the Head of Affiliates, you'll assist with campaign execution, day-to-day program management, and partner communications.With at least a year's experience in digital marketing or partnerships, you'll bring a strong foundation to the role while continuing to build expertise in affiliate marketing. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to initiatives that drive customer acquisition in one of IG's most established markets.Growth TrajectoryThis role offers a strong opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop expertise in affiliate and partnership marketing within financial services. As you grow, you'll sharpen both your organisational and analytical skills, with potential to progress within the UK division or across other regions as part of IG's global business.What you'll need for this roleWe're looking for a motivated individual with around 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, or a related fieldYou'll bring strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to support day-to-day affiliate and campaign activity in the UK/ IE marketAn interest in affiliate marketing and partnerships is important, along with the confidence to work collaboratively as part of our affiliate marketing teamGood written and verbal communication skills in business EnglishBasic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for reporting)What you'll do: In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support for IG's affiliate program, helping to coordinate day-to-day activities that drive program efficiencyWorking alongside our campaign planning and design team, you'll assist with organising and distributing promotional materials, ensuring affiliates receive updated resources in a timely mannerYou'll support the identification and recruitment of new affiliates by conducting initial research, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting with outreach documentation and play a key role in the onboarding processYou'll own monthly and quarterly compliance responsibilities for the affiliate channel, including conducting systematic compliance checks, maintaining audit trails, and preparing compliance reportsYou'll assist with administrative tasks throughout the affiliate lifecycle, from initial identification through to ongoing optimisation activitiesAdditionally, you'll help the team stay organised by maintaining industry news updates, competitor tracking documents, and compiling relevant affiliate marketing resources, contributing to the team's knowledge base and operational efficiencyHow we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
