We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing programme, driving traffic and sales through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with various stakeholders to optimise campaigns and ensure alignment with our overall marketing objectives.
Duties
Develop and implement an effective affiliate marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials for affiliates.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships.
Manage media buying efforts across various platforms including Google Ads and DoubleClick.
Utilise Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance and optimising user experience.
Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance organic traffic alongside paid advertising efforts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Skills
Proficiency in Affiliate platforms like AWIN, UpPromote and similar to drive engagement and monitor performance.
Strong understanding of media buying strategies and campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in social media management to leverage platforms for affiliate promotions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
