Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Programme Development:
Own and grow the affiliate programme, ensuring continuous growth and optimisation of key metrics.
Publisher Onboarding:
Recruit and onboard new publishers to join the affiliate network, expanding brand reach and performance.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing affiliates to drive long-term success.
Negotiation:
Negotiate competitive affiliate rates and commission structures to optimise results and revenue generation.
Performance Reporting & Insights:
Leverage
Awin market insights
to assess affiliate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Strategy Execution:
Implement strategies that align with the company's goals and KPIs, ensuring maximum impact and performance.
Team Leadership:
As the affiliate programme grows, you'll have the opportunity to manage and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.
Required Experience and Skills:
At least
3 years
of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a
B2C fast-paced environment
such as
ecommerce
,
fashion
, or
beauty
.
Extensive experience using the
Awin platform
for affiliate management and performance tracking.
Proven ability to
negotiate rates
with publishers and manage affiliate relationships effectively.
Strong knowledge of
Awin market insights
and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimise performance.
Ability to analyse and report on
affiliate marketing metrics
to continuously improve programme results.
A
Russell Group
background in marketing or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
