Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica Customer 360 (MDM), including data modeling, integration, and stewardship workflows.
Architect and optimise customer data flows across multiple systems, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and governance.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data mastering rules and match/merge strategies.
Provide hands-on leadership during development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
Drive performance tuning and scalability improvements for high-volume customer data environments.
Create and maintain solution documentation, data dictionaries, and integration specifications.
Mentor and guide a team of developers and analysts working on MDM-related initiatives.
Bring deep knowledge of MDM best practices, customer hierarchy management, and Informatica platform components (IDQ, EDC, Axon, etc.).
