After School Care & Breakfast Club Manager

to join our team.

About Us

Rookie Rockstars is a children's charity dedicated to improving young people's confidence and wellbeing, through music, education, and care. We believe every child should feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their potential.

The Role

As the After School & Breakfast Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall running of the provision.

Strong knowledge and experience of Care Standards, current legislation and the New Framework will be of advantage.

What We're Looking For

A candidate who has strategic vision and who is committed to best practice. Experience of the Child Care Sector with some previous management experience preferred but not essential. Strong leadership and organisational skills. A caring, energetic, and creative approach. Ability to work independently and lead a team of committed practitioners. Commitment to Safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing. This role requires all candidates to have, or be willing to undertake, SQA studies at Level 7 and above.

Hours & Pay

30 hours per week

(split between morning and afternoon sessions, with admin/planning time). Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience.
