NowThen Cleaners is looking for a

reliable and detail-oriented School Cleaner

to join our team. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for pupils and staff, helping the school run smoothly every day.

Role Details:

Hours:

3:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (

term-time only

)

Please note:

hours are

not flexible

and must be completed within the above times. If you have timetable, lecture, or seminar clashes during 3-6pm, this role will

not

be suitable for you.

School holidays:

Optional hours may be available for

deep cleaning

during school holiday closures

Pay:

12.22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, staircases, and toilets to a high standard

Sanitising surfaces and ensuring hygiene standards are met

Emptying bins and keeping all areas neat and tidy

Working efficiently within a team and managing your own section of the school

Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements:

Right to work in UK

A clear

Enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce)

is essential for this role

If you don't already have one, we can arrange this.

You will need to cover the cost upfront, which will be reimbursed in your first pay run with us

A strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and reliability

High attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous school or commercial cleaning experience is a bonus (full training provided)
