Responsibilities

Deliver personalised tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and learning styles Assist students with understanding complex concepts and developing effective study techniques Prepare customised lesson plans and educational materials to enhance learning outcomes Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that promotes confidence and engagement Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and student achievements Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns

Experience

Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of specific academic subjects or specialised areas such as 'Commercial cleaning' or 'Janitorial experience' is advantageous but not mandatory Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and sessions effectively Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting educational development
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
