Monday to Friday between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM
. As a RoboThink After School Club Tutor, you'll be responsible for leading groups of students through exciting STEM and coding projects, providing support and guidance while fostering a love for learning.
Duties
Lead and facilitate after-school STEM and coding sessions.
Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalised learning plans, helping students with their lessons.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to track progress and address any concerns.
Create a fun, interactive, and safe learning environment that is inclusive of different learning styles.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and independence.
Stay updated on educational best practices and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Requirements
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children. Preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
Ability to educate and inspire students while adapting to their individual learning needs.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed in their education.
