Clubszone are recruiting for a Wraparound Club Manager to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate will be working as part of our friendly team to deliver outstanding care whilst providing a safe, fun and stimulating environment for the children in our care.

We have been operating for over 10 years and are excited to enter another year offering holiday clubs at over 25 venues around the Midlands. Our passion is to provide as many exciting and engaging activities for children of all abilities and backgrounds aged 5 - 16.

What does Clubszone provide?

We believe in living life without limitations so our ideas for activities can be endless! We provide all the different sports you can think of, different dance routines and styles, performing arts and creating shows along with other unique activities. Last year we added laser tag, archery, fencing to name a few and put together some inflatable days which were a massive hit!

As a Wraparound Care Manager you will plan, organise and take part in play and leisure activities for children aged 4 to 11 years.

Provide fun activities for the children Prepare light snacks at meal times Ensure that each child is cared for to the highest possible standard with regard for their unique personalities. To be familiar with current OFSTED Standards Communicate with parents/carers regularly Keep up to date with relevant training Prepare small admin tasks with registers Carry out any other duties as necessary Ensuring all health and safety measures are complied with daily Ensure all staff are aware of policies, procedures and risk assessments
Qualifications:

Level 3+ in childcare or equivalent (essential) Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding children (essential) Enhanced DBS check (can be provided) 3+ years of childcare experience (essential) Full Paediatric First Aid Qualification (can be provided) Safeguarding training (can be provided) Level 2 Food and Hygiene Qualification (can be provided)
Shifts available:

Term Time only.

Monday - Thursday : 2:45pm - 5:30pm
