About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Manager to lead our after school program at Ripley Court School. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our after-school care provision, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the wraparound care program.
Lead and manage a team of playworkers and assistants.
Plan and implement engaging activities and games.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health & safety policies.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
Essential:
Hold a Level 3 Ofsted-approved 'full and relevant' early years qualification.
Proven experience in managing or leading a childcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
