Are you energetic, experienced, and passionate about working with children? Do you love getting creative, staying active, and making every day exciting for kids? We're looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or Playworker (Level 2 or 3) to join our fun and friendly team!
About the Role:
This position is available immediately and includes:
Term time: Weekdays from 2:45pm-6:00pm (16+ hours/week)
Holiday Club: Around 30 hours/week with 3 full days (Mon-Fri)
You'll be working with children aged 4 to 11 years, planning and delivering exciting activities, keeping them safe, and making sure every session is filled with fun and creativity!
We're looking for someone who:
Is full of energy and genuinely passionate about childcare
Is reliable, enthusiastic, and a great team player
Can create a happy, safe, and stimulating environment
Loves getting involved in sports, crafts, games, and more
Can prepare healthy snacks and keep the day running smoothly
Builds great relationships with children and supports their development
Helps make the club the best it can be by following our policies and routines
Ideally, you will have:
An NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a childcare-related subject (training can be provided)
A valid Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene Certificate (training available)
Experience working with children aged 4-11
A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
