We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as an Aftercare Data Insight Coordinator. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.
As an Aftercare Data Insight Coordinator, you will lead on the data requirements for the Aftercare Team, to allow them to effectively manage performance against key performance indicators and board objectives. Ensuring that we deliver outstanding customer service to all customers living in a new build property.
Working alongside others in the business to ensure we regularly monitor the performance of developers, subcontractors and employers' agents. You will provide insight to the Complaints Manager, Aftercare Team Leader and Delivery Aftercare Manager to target areas of improvement allowing them to make quick decisions, allowing us to relentlessly improve performance across the Aftercare Team.
You'll provide accurate, timely data in a suitable format, collaborating with the Complaints Manager to identify key learnings that improve home and service quality. Also working with the Shared Ownership Income Officer and Legal Team to manage arrears in our shared ownership portfolio.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Aftercare Data Insight Coordinator from those who are confident in various reporting/ presenting software; to include Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint and have previous experience working in a data role.
You'll need strong analytical mindset and to be proactive in using this to provide in depth information, presenting it in an easily understandable format. Able to interpret data to help advise the wider team on what it demonstrates. You will also be educated to GSCE standard or equivalent, you will also require a full valid driving licence.
